This Privacy Policy explains how Cutz By AMP ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the website at pbgbarber.com (the "Site"). We keep this simple, because we collect very little.
1. We do not collect personal information through this Site
The Site has no contact form, no account sign-up, and no newsletter. We do not ask you for your name, email address, or phone number anywhere on it, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, ever.
2. Information handled automatically
Like virtually all websites, the Site is delivered by a hosting provider that automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the time of your request. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are viewed and how the Site performs, in aggregate. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
3. Cookies
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Third-party services embedded or linked from the Site, such as Google Fonts, may set cookies or log requests under their own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.
4. Booking and payment
Appointments and payments are handled entirely by GlossGenius, an independent third-party platform. When you click a booking link you leave our Site and any information you provide, including your name, contact details, and payment card, is collected and processed by GlossGenius under its own privacy policy and security practices. We never receive or store your payment card number.
5. Calls, texts, and social media
If you call or text the shop, we will have your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us, and we use it only to schedule and provide your service. If you interact with us on Instagram, that interaction is governed by Instagram's own policies.
6. Information kept in the shop
To provide barbering services we may keep basic appointment records such as your name, contact number, service history, and any allergies or sensitivities you disclose. We keep this to serve you well and for our own business records, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing by others.
7. Photos and video
We may photograph or film haircuts for our portfolio and social media. If you would prefer not to appear, tell your barber before or during your appointment and we will not photograph you. See our Shop Policies for more.
8. Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. We do cut children's hair; a parent or guardian books and consents to those appointments.
9. Security
The Site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold.
10. Your choices
Because we collect so little through the Site, there is usually nothing to access or delete. If you believe we hold information about you and you want to review, correct, or delete it, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. For anything you provided to GlossGenius, please contact GlossGenius directly, as they are the controller of that data.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
